Do you know what a class funnel is?
Have you ever wondered how online teachers keep students coming back for more and more classes?
Do you have a class that has multiple parts?
I have a typing class that has three levels, beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Once a student finishes one level of this class, I put a post in the classroom at the end of class with a link to the next level of the class.
This is something I have been working towards being better and doing for my own Outschool classes. I will admit it is not something I do as consistently as I should. But this is a goal of mine to continue to strive to do better at.
Not sure how to find this in your Outschool class?
Here are some pictures to help you find the link to share for the next class students should sign up for.
Step 1: Click on the class you want to find the link for and look for this box.
Step 2: Look for the share option on the right side of the class listing page.
Step 3: A box will pop up and you will see this link, copy the link and paste it in the classroom along with your note to the student.
This will provide your student with clear direction on how to move to the next step in our series of classes.
