How do I get a highlight circle on my cursor?

Have you ever wondered how to get the circle around your mouse cursor when you are recording videos and sharing your screen?

Or if you are like me and you teach online and you want it highlighted for your students in class?

I have researched this over and over, and often what I have found is that I had to have a specific program that allowed this. I know Canva does, and there are many others.

But I have come to love using OBS to record my videos, and it does not provide this option.
